Mika & Mae Market currently ships within the United States.

Processing & delivery

Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for order processing. After processing, most orders arrive within approximately 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Some items are fulfilled by our carefully selected shipping partners and may ship from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages or on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping fees if your order is divided into multiple shipments.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $5.95 for U.S. orders under $50.

Standard shipping is FREE on orders of $50 or more.

Shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to begin displaying movement after a shipping label is created.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Mika & Mae Market is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
